Since 2006 Greece has opened up its waters to scuba diving almost everywhere and is an excellent location for safe, easy and fascinating diving where you can now exlpore ancient treasures such as the ancient 500 BC shipwreck off Alonissos Island in the first underwater museum, opened in 2020.

We have excellent partnerships with dive centres all over Greece, so don’t miss out, whether you want to learn or are an experienced diver! You can even combine sailing and scuba diving. Check out the video below for more!

Mountain Trekking

Climb the mountain of the gods, if you dare!

It might surprise you to know that 70% of Greece’s land mass is mountain. It’s highest peak is the famous Mount Olympus, home of the 12 Olympian gods, where so much in Greek mythology occurred. It stands at 2918m above sea level and it is as beautiful as it is mythical! It can be climbed with usually at least one stay overnight in one of its well-organised refuges. Don’t just trust our word for it, have a look for yourself! We can organise a tour for you and combine it with a visit to the incredible tomb of Phillip II, father of Alexander the Great, which was only discovered in 1977.

As Greece is full of islands, so it is also full of mountains to climb and explore. One such area of outstanding natural beauty is the Pindos Mountains in north central Greece, where Vikos Gorge, the deepest gorge in the world, (for its width) is located. Have  alook for yourself.
